Airdrie is a short run from our Hamilton base and part of our core Lanarkshire patch. The housing here runs from Victorian and inter-war terraces around the town centre and Rawyards out to post-war semis in Petersburn and Whinhall and newer estates towards Caldercruix. The older stock is where most of our work is: a small first-floor bathroom with a high-sided bath, a soil stack on the far wall and a timber floor that needs checking before a level shower tray can be set into it. We survey the floor build-up before quoting rather than assuming it will take a flush tray. Airdrie falls under North Lanarkshire Council if you are pursuing grant funding, and we can quote in the format their team asks for.
